Theatre visits offer a complex exper­i­ence which not just includes the piece itself but also many other factors. The manage­ment knew intu­it­ively that in order to make the most positive impact possible on theatre-goers, the lobby area where they are waiting before a perform­ance begins and during the breaks must be char­ac­ter­ised by a well-designed system that integ­rates comfort, aesthetics and prac­tical solu­tions.
