Ernst & Young has decided to keep its rented office space in Budapest because, on the one hand, the existing building has a practical layout and, on the other hand, the location is excellent. However, since the time they moved in, expectations concerning the workplace have changed a lot, so the company has decided to complete an extensive renovation of the building. The design phase of the project was carried out in close cooperation among the tenant, the investor-building owner, the project manager and the designers.
